      If the proposed remedy is unacceptable, TrustKey will offer a remedy consistent with our assessment of the provided documentation and facts.
If in our assessment you have a valid claim, we will ask the TrustKey Business to return and make it right. We will also stay involved in the process to ensure your satisfaction.
If the TrustKey Business is unable or unwilling to help, TrustKey will pay another TrustKey Business to remedy the job under the TrustKey Serve with Trust Guarantee.

Sex Offender Registry Search - TrustKey utilizes an independent third-party to perform a search of the sex offender registry within the state where the owner/proprietor has resided within three years of the application date. Registered sex offenders are not eligible for TrustKey accreditation.
Criminal Records Search - TrustKey utilizes an independent third-party to perform a criminal records search in the state where the owner has resided within three years of the application date.
Identity Verification - TrustKey verifies the Social Security Number of the owner/proprietor to validate their identity.
Business Legal and Civil Assessment - TrustKey verifies that the owner/proprietor has no bankruptcy filings, liens, or civil litigation related to fraud, misrepresentation, or financial misconduct within three years of the application date.
State Business Filing Review - TrustKey reviews state filings for corporate entities and limited liability companies to ensure that the business is financially responsible and in good standing with the state where the business is located.

Accreditation information reviewed by TrustKey is current as of the date provided and may change or expire over time. TrustKey performs periodic re-certification of each TrustKey A+ Accredited Business^™ and also updates their business information when notified of a change. Consumers should verify that the information provided is still accurate/up-to-date and take normal safety precautions when granting access to their home or business to service professionals. Are involved in gambling (including multilevel marketing, high-yield or high-risk investments, lotteries, sweepstakes, or other non-conventional financial products)
Are involved in selling drugs (including prescription, recreational, male/female enhancements, hallucinogenic, or any other drugs or supplements)

TrustKey reserves the right to protect the integrity of the TrustKey Marketplace make the final determination as to whether or not a business is accredited. Organizations involved in hate speech, anti-government speech, or anti-family speech, or anti-religious freedom, will be denied accreditation. Further, TrustKey maintains the right to control the content displayed on our platform (including customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback shared with other users).

TrustKey is a cooperative relationship between registered Consumers and TrustKey Businesses in the TrustKey Marketplace^™.
